They are closed when there are severe thunderstorms and winter storms. Or any dangerous weather going on. They will reopen once cleared of alert warning

Meter Policies:

• The meter will start at the base or the driver's current position or the last fare location
• Waiting Policy:
  -Doctor's Office and Medical Transport: Get an hour of Free Waiting Time, after that $2 dollar for every Ten Minutes.
  -For Regular Transport- 45 minutes Free Waiting Time, $1 dollar for every Ten Minutes
