Charles was a lifesaver when our truck broke down during a road trip. He took us to the airport to pick up a rental during icy weather during the holidays, the. Came back to take us to the hotel when the rental car company reneged on having an available vehicle. We couldn’t get Uber, Lyft, or any other taxi companies to answer the phone, but Charles came through for us big time. My son was thrilled with the DVD players mounted on the seats!
