- If you book the company's service and the service is canceled when they arrive, the customer must pay the full amount of the fare before calling for another fare.
- The store is open between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can text questions or schedule an appointment. LowRider Services will not open earlier than 7:00 am or later than 6:00 pm.
- No tobacco or alcohol of any kind are allowed in transportation or shuttle vehicles.
- Alcohol is allowed in vehicle, just can't be opened or taken out of original container.
- All of the company's services are contactless and self-serving. LowRider Services can only take walkers (powered vehicles and bigger walker aids are not permitted)
- Meter Policies:
- The meter will start at the base or the current position of the driver at the time of the request.
- Payment Methods:
- LowRider Services currently accepts Cash and Cash App only as modes of payment, or LowRider Services will take you to an ATM machine with no extra charge if it's in Athens, Decatur, or Madison. Outside of Athens, Decatur and Madison, CLIENTS HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICE UPFRONT.
**They are closed when there are severe thunder storms and winter storms. Or any dangerous weather going on. They will reopen once cleared of alert warning. **
